- Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup milk
- 8 oz of your favorite flavor of yogurt (we enjoyed both blueberry and strawberry)
Mix well and ladle into a waffle iron. Viola! Yummy! Freeze any leftover waffles for a perfect quick snack.
